It says "I"m too scard to be vulnerable to so I will blame you in the hopes I get the understanding and connection I seek" . It says "I"m behaving this way because you made me feel this way, it's your fault". Learning to look inward, take personal accountability and reach for loved ones more tenderly without blame, is the foundation to gaining the attention and respect you desire and deserve.
