Military Counseling

I have extensive experience as a previous DOD employee in Germany and Japan providing counseling services to military personnel and their families on international military installations for the Navy (FFSC) and Army (ACS) addressing deployment issues, separation & reunification challenges, transitional issues, raising a military child, and retirement adjustment. I have also worked for the New Parent Support Program as a lactation counselor and parent coach. 
 
Whether you're a dependent, an unaccompanied or married military member, I can support you with a first-hand experience of military culture.

 

I'm able to offer online or Telehealth services globally to military personnel and their family members. My services are private and confidential meaning your command does not have access to your counseling records.

 

Please note: I'm not in network with Tricare or any other military healthcare system so cost are out of pocket. In some cases dependents may be able to seek reimbursement with their insurance. Please check with your insurance first.
